Respondent is an oil and gas extraction company performing exploration and production in the western portion of the Gulf of Mexico. EPA performed a 5 year review of Respondent's NPDES discharge file and found reporting violations and effluent violations (oil and grease). EPA is Ordering Respondent to fix these problems.
