This complex occupies the rectangular area between 5th Avenue and Lenox Aveue (Malcolm X Boulevard) and between 135th Street and 137th Street.  The Women's Pavilion fronts on 137th Street.  However , all correspondence is mailed to 506 Lenox Avenue which is therefore the valid location. QED - quod erat demonstrandum - which was to be demonstrated.
