This is a UST field citation case. A $4100 citation was issued for failing to provide release detection for tanks; failing to provide release detection for suction lines; failing to notify implementing agency w/in 30 days of bringing a UST system into use; and failing to perform replacement, upgrade, or closure for existing substandard tank systems.
