Violations: 1. Respondent did not have a NPDES Storm Water Permit for the Shores of Eastern Hills facility. 2. A SWPPP Notice was not posted at the main entrance or anywhere on the Grand Peninsula facility. 3. Sediment, construction debris, and litter were found in the streets of the Grand Peninsula facility. 4. Inspection reports for the Grand Peninsula facility did not contain the inspectors qualifications, inspection of disturbed areas that had been stabilized, effectiveness of BMP's, and the reports were not signed by the appropriate corporate signatory. 5. The Grand Peninsula facility SWPPP was not signed by a designated signatory. 6. A list of potential pollutants, construction sequence, disturbed acreage, and wetland information was not provided in the Grand Peninsula facility SWPPP. 7. The SWPPP for the Grand Peninsula facility did not contain documentation on listed endangered or threatened species, or critical habitat.
