## Abstract

This document approves the portions of the West Virginia Municipal Solid Waste Management Permit Program which did not receive Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approval in the Federal Register document published on March 29, 2000 (65 FR 16523-16528). EPA published a document in the Federal Register on March 29, 2000 (65 FR 16523- 16528), giving final approval to the portions of West Virginia's Solid Waste Management Rule which had been tentatively approved in the March 8, 1996 document (61 FR 9451-9454). This action approves those portions of West Virginia's solid waste permit program which were not previously approved by EPA.
