## Abstract

This final rule addresses the recommendations of the 41st TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) Report by adding 29 alkylphenols, alkylphenol ethoxylates, and polyalkylphenols to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 8(a) Preliminary Assessment Information Reporting (PAIR) rule. The ITC recommendations are given priority consideration by EPA in promulgating TSCA section 4 test rules. This PAIR rule will require manufacturers (including importers) of the 29 substances identified in this document to report certain production, importation, use, and exposure-related information to EPA.
