## Abstract

This final rule addresses the recommendations of the 42nd TSCA Interagency Testing Committee (ITC) Report by adding 3-amino-5- mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, methylal, glycoluril, and ethyl silicate to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 8(a) Preliminary Assessment Information Reporting (PAIR) rule. The ITC recommendations are given priority consideration by EPA in promulgating TSCA section 4 test rules. This PAIR rule will require manufacturers (including importers) of the four substances identified in this document to report certain production, importation, use, and exposure-related information to EPA.
