## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for the combined residues of the herbicide triallate (S-2,3,3, trichloroallyl diisopropylthiocarbamate) and its metabolite, TCPSA (2,3,3- trichloroprop-2-ene sulfonic acid) in or on sugar beet, root; sugar beet, top; and sugar beet, pulp. Monsanto requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
