## Abstract

EPA is approving an amendment to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) pertaining to a revision to a St. Louis city ordinance and to a revision and revocation of three St. Louis city issued incinerator permits. The effect of this action is to ensure Federal enforceability of the local agency's air program rules and to maintain consistency between the local agency adopted rules and the approved SIP.
