## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern the recission of rules and associated negative declarations for one volatile organic compound (VOC) source category and one oxides of nitrogen ( NO<INF>X</INF>) source category for the Antelope Valley Air Pollution Control District (AVAPCD). We are approving these local rule recissions and negative declarations under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
