## Abstract

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the State of Florida on September 16, 1999, to implement and enforce the Emissions Guidelines (EG) for existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerator (HMIWI) units.
