## Abstract

The EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions incorporate regulations to control Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions from batch processes, industrial wastewater, and during the filling of underground storage tanks at gasoline service stations.
