## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action on revisions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions establish and require reasonably available control technology (RACT) for 56 major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides ( NO<INF>X</INF>). EPA is approving these revisions to establish RACT requirements in the SIP in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
