## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the District of Columbia. This revision requires major sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) in the District to implement reasonably available control technology (RACT). EPA is approving these revisions to the District's SIP in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
