## Abstract

EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia. The revisions impose reasonably available control technology (RACT) on 16 major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and/or nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) located in the Virginia portion of the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. ozone nonattainment area. The intent of this action is to approve the Commonwealth's SIP revision requests in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
