## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving an amendment to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP). EPA is approving revisions to Missouri rule 10 CSR 10-6.020, Definitions and Common Reference Tables. These revisions will strengthen the SIP with respect to attainment and maintenance of established air quality standards. The effect of this action is to ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revisions. EPA is also approving the rule as a revision to the Missouri part 70 operating permits program.
