## Abstract

The USEPA is approving the incorporation of revised air pollution permitting and emissions standards rules into the Illinois State Implementation Plan (SIP). The State submitted this request for revision to its State Implementation Plan to USEPA on February 5, 1998. This approval makes the State's rule federally enforceable.
