## Abstract

The State of Louisiana has applied for Final authorization to revise its Hazardous Waste Program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA is now making an immediate final decision, subject to receipt of written comments that oppose this action, that Louisiana's Hazardous Waste Program revision satisfies all the requirements necessary to qualify for final authorization.
