## Abstract

The EPA is conditionally approving a revision to the Texas State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions concern Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) at stationary sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X)</INF> in the Houston/Galveston (H/G), and the Beaumont/Port Arthur (B/PA) ozone nonattainment areas. The EPA is approving these revisions to regulate emissions of NO<INF>X</INF> in accordance with the NO<INF>X</INF> RACT requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act (the Act).
