## Abstract

On February 12, 1999 (64 FR 7458), we promulgated final rule amendments to reduce unnecessary reporting and recordkeeping burdens due to regulations implementing the Clean Air Act (CAA). These final rule corrections relating to standards of performance for industrial- commercial-institutional steam generating units serve to correct an error in the final rule amendments as promulgated on February 12, 1999.
