## Abstract

The State of Oklahoma has applied for Final authorization to revise its Hazardous Waste Program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The EPA is now making an immediate final decision, subject to receipt of written comment that oppose this action, that Oklahoma's Hazardous Waste Program revision satisfies the requirements necessary to qualify for final authorization.
