## Abstract

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d) Plan submitted by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for the State of Mississippi on May 5, 1999, to implement and enforce the Emissions Guidelines (EG) for existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerator (HMIWI) units.
