## Abstract

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving the section 111(d)/129 Plan submitted by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) for the State of South Carolina on September 19, 2000, to implement and enforce the Emissions Guidelines (EG) for existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerator (HMIWI) units.
