## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control's (DNREC's) request to implement and enforce its accidental release prevention program in place of similar Federal requirements. EPA is taking this action under the requirements of the Clean Air Act.
