## Abstract

EPA is approving revisions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted on March 6, 2000, by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). These revisions adopt new volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations for the aerospace industry and add new definitions for terms used in regulations containing standards for VOC sources. These revisions also modify the approval process for the use of alternative compliance methods for certain VOC control requirements. EPA is approving these revisions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania SIP in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act. (CAA).
