## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP). EPA is approving a revision to Missouri rule "Control of Emissions From Industrial Surface Coating Operations." This revision will ensure consistency between the state and Federally approved rules, and ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program rule revision pursuant to section 110 of the Clean Air Act.
