## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions establish and impose reasonably available control technology (RACT) for twenty-five major sources of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) located in Pennsylvania. EPA is approving these in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
