## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of fluazinam in or on peanuts and potatoes. ISK Biosciences Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
