## Abstract

This regulation revises time-limited tolerances for residues of propamocarb hydrochloride in or on tomato and tomato, paste and revokes the time limited tolerance for residues of propamocarb hydrochloride in or on tomato, puree. This action is in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) authorizing use of the pesticide on tomatoes. This regulation revises maximum permissible levels for residues of propamocarb hydrochloride in these food commodities. The revised tolerances will expire and are revoked on December 31, 2003.
