## Abstract

The EPA is taking final action to fully approve the Operating Permits Program of the State of Rhode Island. Rhode Island submitted its program for the purpose of complying with requirements for a State to develop a program to issue operating permits to all major stationary and certain other sources. EPA granted source category-limited interim approval to Rhode Island's operating permit program on May 6, 1996.
