## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve a revision to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision concerns nitrogen oxide (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from boilers, steam generators, and process heaters. We are approving a local rule under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
