## Abstract

This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for residues of methoxyfenozide in or on field corn grain, stover and oil, aspirated grain fractions and soybean forage, hay, oil, and seed. This action is in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) authorizing use of the pesticide on field corn and soybeans. This regulation establishes a maximum permissible level for residues of methoxyfenozide in these food commodities. The tolerances will expire and are revoked on December 31, 2003.
