## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maryland. This revision requires major sources of nitrogen oxides (NO<INF>X</INF>) in the State of Maryland to implement reasonably available control technology (RACT). This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
