## Abstract

This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for combined residues of clethodim and its metabolites and their sulphoxides and sulphones in or on tall fescue forage and tall fescue hay. This action is in response to EPA's granting of an emergency exemption under section 18 of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act authorizing use of the pesticide on tall fescue. This regulation establishes a maximum permissible level for residues of clethodim in these food commodities. The tolerances will expire and are revoked on June 30, 2004.
