## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving a revision to the Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) pertaining to the approval of a statewide particulate matter emissions rule. This rule consolidates the requirements of the four existing area-specific rules. The effect of this action will be to ensure applicable requirements are consistent statewide, ensure consistent enforcement, and simplify permitting.
