## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerances for residues of flumioxazin in or on soybean seed and peanuts. Valent U.S.A. Corporation requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
