## Abstract

This regulation establishes a tolerance for combined residues of metsulfuron methyl and its metabolite methyl 2-[[[[(4-methoxy-6- methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]amino]sulfonyl]-4- hydroxbenzoate in or on sorghum, grain, grain at 0.1 part per million (ppm); sorghum, grain, forage and sorghum, grain, stover at 0.2 ppm. E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
