## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (YSAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern control oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from stationary internal combustion engines. We are approving the local rule that regulates these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
