## Abstract

EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Missouri. This revision pertains to the state's compliance monitoring usage rule. This revision corrects a reference in the rule so that Federal monitoring methods are now acceptable as a means to demonstrate compliance. This revision will ensure consistency between the state and Federally-approved rules, and ensure Federal enforceability of the state's revised rule.
