## Abstract

EPA is announcing it is approving revisions to the Iowa State Implementation Plan (SIP). The SIP revisions, regarding the state's construction permitting rules as they pertain to industrial anaerobic lagoons and anaerobic lagoons for animal feeding operations in Iowa, will help ensure Federal enforceability of the state's air program.
