## Abstract

EPA is approving the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the state of Iowa. This revision pertains to orders and permits issued by the state to control particulate matter (PM<INF>10</INF> missions from Holnam, Inc., and Lehigh Portland Cement Company at Mason City (Cerro Gordo County), Iowa. This approval will make the orders and permits Federally enforceable.
