## Abstract

This document announces the availability of applicability determinations, alternative monitoring decisions, and regulatory interpretations that EPA has made under the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS)(40 CFR part 60), and the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP)(40 CFR parts 61 and 63). This document also corrects and clarifies the Notice of Availability published in the Federal Register on November 15, 2001 (66 FR 57453).
