## Abstract

EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Lake County Air Quality Management District (LCAQMD) and San Diego County Air Pollution Control District (SDCAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). The LCAQMD and SDCAPCD revisions concern the emission of particulate matter (PM-10) from open burning. We are approving the local rules that regulate this emission source under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
