## Abstract

EPA is approving the plan submitted by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) on December 20, 2002, under sections 111(d) and 129 of the Clean Air Act (Act). This plan is designed to implement and enforce the federal Emission Guidelines (EG) applicable to existing Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration units (CISWI) for which construction commenced on or before November 30, 1999.
