## Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of azoxystrobin, methyl (E)-2-[[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)-4-pyrimidinyl]oxy]- [v<sharp><natural><pound><sharp>]-(methoxymethylene)-benzeneacetate, and its Z isomer, methyl (Z)-2-[[6-(2-cyanophenoxy)-4-pyrimidinyl]oxy]- [v<sharp><natural><pound><sharp>](methoxymethylene)-benzeneacetate, in or on artichoke, globe; asparagus; brassica, head and stem, subgroup 5A; herb subgroup 19A, (dried) except chive; and herb subgroup 19A, (fresh) except chive. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
