## Abstract

EPA is approving a revision to Iowa's rule for controlling emissions from existing sources subject to the section 111(d) emission guidelines. This revision updates the adoption by reference of Federal requirements applicable to these sources. Approval of this revision will ensure that the state requirements are consistent with and equivalent to the Federal regulations.
