## Abstract

EPA is approving the Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) units section 111(d) negative declaration submitted by the Commonwealth of Kentucky (state) and Jefferson County, Kentucky (local). This negative declaration certifies that CISWI units subject to the requirements of sections 111(d) and 129 of the Clean Air Act (CAA) do not exist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Jefferson County, Kentucky.
