## Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of the herbicide sulfentrazone and its metabolites in or on asparagus; bean, lima, succulent; cabbage; corn, field, forage; corn, field, grain; corn, field, stover; horseradish, roots; pea and bean, dried shelled, except soybean, subgroup 6C; peanut; peanut, meal; peppermint, tops; potato; spearmint, tops; sugarcane, cane; sugarcane, molasses; and sunflower, seed. EPA is also deleting certain sulfentrazone tolerances that are no longer needed as result of this action. The Interregional Research Project Number 4 and FMC Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
