## Abstract

EPA is finalizing approval of minor changes in the boundaries between areas in Southern California established under the Clean Air Act for purposes of addressing the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for 1-hour ozone, particulate matter (PM-10), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and sulfur dioxide (SO2), and the prior NAAQS for total suspended particulate matter (TSP). We are approving these boundary changes under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
