## Abstract

This action approves revisions in the Missouri state rules with regard to conformity requirements in Kansas City and St. Louis. These changes are made to incorporate amendments in the Federal transportation conformity rule effective on August 6, 2002. Approval of these revised rules will ensure consistency between the state and Federally-approved rules.
